Thursday night Softball!

The season is almost over!  Time flies when you are having fun!

I can't believe it's May 31st!  Time is going too fast!  My babies are growing so fast.

I am praying for Terri and her boys today.  Today is 10 years of Jerry's passing.  He was such a great Dad and his presence is still missed today.  I'm thankful for Daryl and the presence he is in Jerrod's life.  Jerry would be so proud of his boys and grandbabies. 

I remember the weekend before was memorial day and that Monday he cooked fish for a fish fry and I wouldn't take anything for that day!  He worked hard doing it and it was HOT but he wanted too and he was happy.  He had a servant's heart.

Thank you Lord for sweet memories.

Memorial Day Youth Camp!

Monday.  Memorial day.  Thankful for those who have served our country and gave up so much.

Weekend fun!

After our move at work this week and just crazy life, by Friday we were ready for some down time.  We went to a pond... alone... quite and I slept a little sat a little.  Got some new mosquito bites!  A good night!

Greg needed to study and was hesitate about going but we all enjoyed it so much.  Down time was just what we needed.

I officially have a 6th grader!

afterwards, we picked up Grace's friend after spending the night they enjoyed a good day together.

On Sunday night we had an ice cream social with a cake for Carol's birthday.

Catch up Post!

Saturday I caught a glimpse of a new visitor we have around the house... He is wild and will not let you get close but he is so pretty!

Saturday at lunch we had a birthday party for Kalynn and Shea.  We caught Papaw and Kacey hiding eating ice cream before they were supposed too!

Greg didn't get to join us he was working at the church.  We also did a prayer walk around the church after dark since that was the only time of the day Saturday that wasn't already full and prayed for our church, many ministries and especially the marriages of our church.  Satan is still at work.  Sunday was Homecoming and after church we walked and visited for awhile ate lunch and when we got home we posed for some pictures.  The lilies aren't in full bloom yet but they are trying.

We shopped for Grace a dress for awards day this afternoon and then went to visit a church member in the hospital.  Grace found a friend.

Greg was too close!  He would hit his tail and he would spin around snapping.

This is the girls last week of Elem school and 9th grade.  I'm sad but ready for school to be out.  Even though I still have to work it will be some of a break. 

Ready to slow down a little and enjoy some lazy days of Summer!
