I'll start by saying there is a group of guys leading this event full of energy and they try to get these kids to run the race and keep their excitement level up. They have themed laps so that they always seem inspired to continue just one more lap.
They do everything possible to just keep motivating these kids..
They have a friend lap where you encourage your pals to just keep going!
Lots of water breaks.
At the start/finish line the teachers are lined up to check the lap off their shirt so they can track the number of times they go around.

It really made me stop and think about the ways I encourage my kids and how I can do a better job of it... We need to be encourager one another. 1 Thessalonians 5:11
