Can you believe it?
I will be honest it doesn't seem like it was 16 years ago, we brought this precious little crying baby home to our trailer on Parches Cove Road. We were young and scared to death and didn't have a clue what we were doing. She became so sick and at 4 days old had some scary moments that ended with over 2 weeks in the hospital and now a really scared Mom and Dad... The only thing that has changed is she is 16 and we're much older, we still feel like we have no clue what we are doing sometimes and her safety and life's path still scares us to death.
We don't know what tomorrow hold but we know the one who does and that alone is our comfort as we journey into uncharted territory! One day at a time.
I'm so thankful for this sweet girl and I'm so proud of her, what a gift God's blessed us with to be her parents!
I'm loving these two actually like each other sometimes now!
And a GPS since my girl is directionally impaired just like her Mom!

Wow! Here we are sweet 16! How time flies!
