Basketball/sickness and Candy!

Sunday night Kacey got sick...

Monday sick...

Monday night she played ball... against my better judgement.

She played almost the entire game and had 12 points.

One of those life lesson/mommy Moments.

From being in control to somewhat letting her choose her own battles and what's important to her. Mind you had she had a fever/or contagious we wouldn't have let her.

Reflux is an ugly monster at this age.

So with lots of prayer and encouragement she played... played well.. went home and went to bed.

Tuesday night she played at Boaz, she was much better and had ate during the day but the toll was obvious. Her little energy was zapped. 6 points and V over Boaz.

Home and she and Grace dipped Peanut Butter balls.

And yes it was 9:30 when we were starting good!

A little Polar express and tree ambiance to make it seem more fun and festive.

yes we do it in the living room and yes I have to clean two rooms but it's totally worth it!
