tennis Camp

Kacey is hosting a children's tennis camp this week and we have been helping.  Mainly we run balls!  :)

State Tennis Tournament

 We knew going into tournament no matter what happened this would be her last High school event with tennis and I wanted it to be good..  and it was!  :)  God is so good and has answered so many prayers.  He is faithful.  There is so much pressure on these kids and I wanted to be the positive voice.  I want her to remember me as an encourager.

The won their first match and I took tons of pictures because I wanted to remember the emotion of the moment.  The last time she would play with Alexis.  

Proud proud Mom, she has worked incredibly hard and it showed.  

She is precious, she has a determination that amazes this Mom!

She has the ability to do anything she sets her mind to! 

 God has blessed her abundantly. 

I am so blessed to be her Mom!  I'm excited to see what God has for her next!

I know it is going to be so good!  Very good!

Section Tennis

 Time goes so fast.  These two fuss at times but love each other so. 

Kacey was undefeated this year in Section for Singles and Doubles so she went into the tournament first seed.  She had first round byes in both so it made for a long morning for her waiting and cheering on her team until time for her to go on.

 Senior Recognation

 These are all out of wack but I still wanted to use them all!  LOL!  I'm too lazy to go back and fix the order!

 They played Albertville first and they won 10-3

 Kacey during Singles.  She played Scottsboro and won 10-2

 Then she played Albertville in the finals and won 10-1!

 Then on to the Doubles Finals Against a tough Cullman.

Every year Section has been best 2 out of 3 sets.  Since the weather cancelled us Monday and we played tuesday both Boys and girls we had to shorten games to best out of 10.

 Grace didn't have golf practice so she got to see Kacey play and she was super happy about getting to support her sister in Finals for Singles and Most of doubles!  :) God is so good he even works out the smallest details of our hearts. 

 Then about 7 Tuesday night we were delayed for lightening.  We returned today... Wednesday to finish at 2.  Our team did not place one or two in section so it came down to seeing if these could pull off this win to qualify at #1 doubles and they did.  They tied at 10 all and then won 7-4 in a tie breaker.  They were so happy!  They get to go one last year together to state!
