Tubing Pictures!

Our tubing pictures are back. Here a more than a few...

They turned out ok, considering it was a disposable water camera!

Greg and Grace

Kacey!
One of the milder rapids... We didn't get any of the good ones we were to busy hanging on!

I just thought it was pretty!

On the calm areas we would stay together, laugh, rest and splash!

Kacey

Have we mentioned the water was very cold?

finished one trip, ready to go again!

It seemed I was always in the back...

We had fun, this makes me ready to go back!

My three favorite people

Who knows what I'm doing here!

my feet are up because this is right after Kacey had spotted a snake..

5 snakes in two days did not make Mom happy!

Happy Wednesday!

Friday! Part II

When we got back to the cabin Grace was still wanting to be in the water. The water was much lower Friday then it was on Thursday. She played and played...

She loves the water.

Even when it's cold Mountain water.

Grace, you are getting to brave, come back closer!

I took the pictures from our back balcony.

Then she wanted to come in and get warm...

Kacey was worn out and loving the non camping camping trip!

While Greg grilled, Grace and I went to the bike trail...

We well I should say I didn't last long, that thing was hilly and out of shape Mom ended up have to get off and walk some of those mountains, I mean hills.... shew

We had a wonderful dinner Steak, salad and Potatoes.

Then we all were lazy! And silly!

Then these three did smores on the grill a reason I missed camping...

Then Greg and I taught the girls to play rook and stayed up way to late.....

But it was fun!

Friday Part I

After sleeping late and tubing again we wanted to find a nice quiet spot to just hang out so we drove into the National Park and found a nice spot on the River..

It was ALMOST perfect ;-)

Note the rocks in front of Grace The current there was swift and Grace spent literally hours jumping into the water and letting the current take her down and walking up to do it again.

She had a blast... The weather was perfect, the company wonderful...
This by far was my favorite part of the trip.

Yes those are the chairs we borrowed from the cabin but we returned them safely.

Lots of small fish in the river

Kacey relaxed, Greg read and watched... In the shade of course!

He is not much of a water bug...

Kacey likes to play but Grace would stay for hours.

They had a blast...

Perfect

Tubers, that had hiked into the park to tube, the companies are not allowed to bring you up that far.

I had a blast too.

Grace and I played and played

Perfect.....

at least

until

we had

an

unwanted visitor....

This guy fell into the river right in front of us from a limb, the screams sent him slethering away which

saved his pray that fell into the water with him from being lunch.

So then we were ready to go! :-) Other than that it was perfect...

Gathering her nets and looking to make sure our guest didn't return.

Then we saw another guest on the way back up the hill. No picture of him. We didn't stick around long enough to see if he smiled! :-)

In the words of the Great Kacey Narrell I love Nature but I hate it too.....
