Warning: Picture overload....

This Morning was athletic Awards Day.

Before the festivities.

Kacey and Abigail
Kacey being recognized for Varsity/Jr. Varsity Tennis.

Basketball Recognition

City Champ recognition.

It drives me nuts how happy my child always looks at events like these. She looks miserable!

She has a beautiful smile but loses it when she gets up there!

Can we go now look?

Friend Pictures...

Kacey, Laura, Abigail, MP and Shelby

Laura, Shelby, Skylar, MP, Kacey and Abigail.

Silly Pictures

Silly Picture with Patrick in the mix.

What a group.

Now it's food time

I think Mikaela and Laura are saying. Kacey, can you tell your Mom to go now?

Loving seeing my girls grow and see who they are becoming, I just wish I could slow down the process a little.

Saturday morning Grace had play practice and Greg and Kacey went back to Birmingham.
Kacey and the Lady Knights won against Hewitt Trussville 47 - 13.
Tip off against Mountain Brook!
Mountain Brook came into the tournament 14 - 0.
Kacey played wonderful!

She had 18 points and hustled and played her heart out...
But most of all today she had fun...
She enjoyed the game!

They lost by 2 but Kacey made the All tournament Team.
Pretty cool!
A Mommy Moment I'm so glad I didn't miss!
The Arab Lady Knights took 2nd in the tournament.
They may have lost by 3... but they were winners in my book tonight.
In play, attitude and sportsmanship

They played Hampton Cove. Kacey played great... 17 points and loving being back...
I'm starting to breathe again... but just barely!

The girls took 2nd place.

Not bad for a team that's been half healthy and seems to be sharing the flu bug as well....
OH JOY!
Happy Saturday!

Our week -

Last nights game... Kacey played, I prayed.... I felt physically ill... see he is still working on me.
Let's go back to Monday's game...
She ran out with her team, in her warm up and still
lead her team in prayer...
I know it's blurry it's my camera phone but trust me it's her!
She wanted to play so bad...
But knew she couldn't and I was so proud of her for the smile and encouraging for others she did... I am really proud. She sat on the bench and rocked in nervous form and cheered for her team mates...
~~
Grace had a game last night as well. I hate that we have to split up and not get to be there for both girls but they understand. Since Greg helps coach Grace he always goes with her. Her team won 10 - 4 and she made a foul and got a foul. She was proud of her accomplishment!
