Are you sick?

You know our house has had it's share of the sinus/allergy already this season. Kacey is on her second round of antibiotics and is still miserable. So this morning when I hear something from one of the girls room before I woke them I thought oh no.... who is that, I go to the hall and listen, it's coming from Grace's room, so I run in turn on the light, her head is under her covers so I run and pull back the covers... She has the biggest smile, and still asleep. I woke her and said are you sick what was that noise, she starts laughing and said I was dreaming... ahhhh Thank you Lord.

Welcome to NOT ME Monday!

Being Brutally Honest and living to tell about it!

I did NOT have a kid packed weekend complete with sleep overs, fishing rodeo's, birthday parties, and getting the new AWANA year started!

I did NOT have to run an errand for my husband today that took much longer than I had planned, I did NOT go by the GPS directions instead of my husbands and I did NOT end up going down some one lane roads in the middle of no where but did NOT finally come out on a main road less than .6 of a mile from my destination! I also did not get to the destination and my cell phone did not ring and it was NOT the school nurse... I did NOT have to go back through town swap vehicles with my Husband and then go by the JR High to give my crying child headache medicine, nope not me! Our plans are always smooth and work out perfectly.

I did NOT visit my parents Saturday night and shoot at chickens well actually roosters, NOPE NOT ME! What kind of a redneck do you think I am. My parent's neighbors do NOT own chickens and they do not roost in the tree next to my mother's bedroom window and start crowing at 3 am. She and I along with Dad and Grace did not sit on her front porch with a BB gun trying to keep the chicken's from going up in the tree at sunset so she could get some sleep! We did NOT have a blast in doing so, nope NOT US!

This weekend was pretty low key until Sunday. We have revival this week and Sunday was church/luncheon/children's meal at church but it was wonderful.

Saturday afternoon we went swimming with the Rowe's.

Greg didn't have to hold on, Lawson was hanging on for the both of them!

The Narrellett's decided this morning to talk about what we are thankful for.

Grace was thankful for God and her Mom and Daddy.

Kacey was thankful for this beautiful day and her parents..

I'm so thankful today is Friday, I'm thankful for my family and their health!

I'm thankful I do not have to get up early in the morning and fix 3 heads of hair! (remember Kacey's broke hand)

I'm thankful Kacey and Grace have had a good week!

I am thankful Grace's teacher has been able to attend this week and I am thankful for hearing Grace's sweet prayers for her. She has challenges ahead of her and her battle with Cancer but I'm thankful we know the Great Physician.

I'm thankful for the better reports we heard yesterday from the little boy in Grace's class that is sooo sooo sick. I'm thankful they know what is wrong and he is making slow progress.

I'm thankful that all the things in the last week that have gone wrong for us are so minor, their are so many dealing with health issues and other major life events, I'm thankful all we've had to contend with are broke cars/trucks/lawn mowers/tractors and stuff.

I'm thankful that last night when Greg was working on the tractor and the tool he plugged in didn't even come on. I thank you Lord that he has the health to get out and work on things and even fuss when they don't work!

Thank you Lord!

Please pray for Grace's teacher and her little friend and his family.

Pray for the children in her class as well they saw the little boy when he seized.

Pray for Whitney (my niece) in her recovery from her wreck she has a MRI this morning to check and see if it has affected her TMJ, she had issues before and I'm sure it hasn't helped.

And last I am so thankful I have you and so many I can call and ask to pray and you will! I am thankful for you!
