Game 4

1st Place!

Guess who got 1st place in the Veteran's day program poster contest in all of 3rd Grade... Yes, Grace! Congratulations sweet girl.

Veteran's Day!

Veteran's day is coming next week and the 3rd grade was having a poster contest. You could only use markers and crayons, not pictures so this is what Grace came up with. We were letting her tell us about the pictures and when she got to Sacrifice (it's the middle picture) she said that she had Drawn Andrea and then Clay, Shea and Kailynn telling her bye.... lump in throat. I cried all the way to work after she got out of the car... God has given her the gift of empathy. She is so caring and I pray that she never loses that.

Game 3!

The Lady Knights beat the Wildcats, in the closest game of the season so far. Kacey had 8 points.

She had a run in with a knee to the thigh and came home and sat with Ice packs on her legs.

Happy Friday, I don't know about you but I'm thankful it is here!

Choir Concert

Kacey in the midst of all the sickness that has been terrorizing our house had a choir concert Monday night.

Looks pretty good after have just played a ball game I think.

Trick or Treat!

We got tricked....

No fall festival at church for us

or trick or treating.

We spent Halloween in the Dr office. Grace had ran a fever over 103 all night.

No flu

No strep, just viral, and keep doing what you are doing Mom.

By Sunday I too, had the bug. We took another day yesterday to rest and get over fevers and today we are all back to where we should be school and work. Not a 100% but better!

And praying Kacey and Greg don't get it!
